What's a Realty Wonk Anyway?

A "wonk" is defined by the American Heritage dictionary as:

"One who studies an issue or a topic thoroughly or excessively."

YOU, as a potential seller and/or buyer, NEED to become a realty wonk. Knowledge is power especially in the 21st century.

There are a multitude of shows about staging a home, selling a home (usually after making cosmetic improvements and then staging it), buying and/or flipping a home, etc. One that we like is called "Sell This House" and it airs on the A&E channel.

Your public library offers FREE information about buying and selling real estate.
