What if I'm working with a real estate agent?
Those properties that have an MLS number on their flyers, or say "MLS Listed" on the Direct Line yard sign, indicate that the owner/Direct Line have agreed to pay a co-broke commission fee to a Realtor who brings a buyer. Just tell your agent that you would like to see the property.
What if I'm NOT working with a real estate agent?
If the listing is part of our Flat Fee Full Service package, you should contact us directly at 1-888-952-3330 or email to info@directlinehomemarketing.com to set up a showing or if you have questions. For Partial Service packages, the seller's phone number is on their yard sign, or you can call us and we'll provide you with the number.
If I really like a property, how do I make an offer on it?
If you're working with a Realtor she/he will assist you with this. You can make an offer on a property by completing an Offer To Purchase real estate form, as well as other WI real estate forms relevant to your particular transaction. You can also use a real estate attorney to help you—call several to get the best rate. The seller must provide you with a Real Estate Condition Report and, if the house was built before 1978, a Lead Based Paint Addendum form.
