THE COMPANY

Direct Line Home MarketingLLC began operating in 2004 and is a member of the Central WI Board of Realtors and the Central WI MLS. The Central WI MLS roughly encompasses those counties outlined in PINK. If your property is located within one of the pink counties we can easily provide real estate services. In 2007 Direct Line joined the Southcentral WI MLS which includes counties within the GREEN lines. If you're within one of the green counties we may be able to provide services, or else find you another flat fee company that can.

Direct Line is a member of the American Real Estate Broker Alliance (AREBA) which is a nationwide affiliation of real estate brokers who promote a range of choices and business models in real estate.

THE PEOPLE

Amy Sternot is a licensed Realtor with additional training as a Buyer's Agent. She has lived in Central Wisconsin for most of her life. Amy and her husband Conrad reside in the Town of Stettin in Marathon county, and her energy and enthusiasm are well known to all her friends. She's ready to help you sell or buy your home by sharing her local real estate knowledge, along with unique marketing ideas.

Mary Vils is the owner of Direct Line and holds a real estate Broker’s license. She has also worked as a real estate appraiser's assistant. Mary has a Master of Business Administration degree and was previously employed as an analyst in a variety of marketing related positions. She and her family live in Stevens Point.

Direct Line Home MarketingLLC is the result of combining a concern for consumer education and choice, an in-depth understanding of marketing, and first-hand experience in real estate.
